I have had terrible luck in the past with foot doctors and the folks at Santa Clara foot rub were fantastic and I am walking again around the house. I have to go watch the price is right but I am excited to see what the future holds for me and my foot situation. I know one thing for sure that Melissa monsoon saved my feet from being amputated all praise be to Allah.

I just love going to the dentist! Everyone is so friendly and Dr E does an amazing job. If you are a perfectionist about your teeth this is the place to go!

So very impressed and really touched at the care I received during my initial appointment -- I'm looking forward to my next scheduled cleaning and exam! Dr. Shawn did a great job and relates well to his patients. Communication and followup are second to none, and I felt very much welcomed and wanted as a patient. Carrie did a wonderful job as my hygienist and I'm looking forward to trading more stories of the outdoors with her. I've had a long history of dental problems and related surgeries, so it was a relief to find a local dentist who is aware and respectful of my nonstandard dental needs and issues. What a positive experience all 'round; thank you each and all at Northwest Eugene Family Dental!

I went in for the very first time because of a broken tooth. After discovering that my insurance would terminate the next day, the Dr., his team, and their lab accommodated me with a crown within the next 24 hours. Exceptional service. Very happy with the new crown.

Hands down the BEST experience ever at a dentist office. Every single person I encountered treated me very well. They were all very informative and to the point. I went in for a molar extraction. Having had a lot of bad experiences at dentist offices I was to say the least terrified. Everything from having the mouth shots to getting it pulled was easy and almost painless. Even with out dental insurance I will be definitely coming back for a cleaning and to get other work done. I would just like to say thank you to Dr. Eckstrom and his staff for taking such great care of me!

you wont find a kinder more caring person. She listens to you, sometimes doctors dont. I drive 2 hours plus to see her and it is well worth it. She is never so bus not to take the extra time you need. I highly recommend her.

I wanted to take the time to comment on Dr. James Morris. It seems that most people only give reviews when they are dissatisfied with something, but for me it is just the opposite. Therefore I want to share my thoughts with others. I think Dr. Morris is a wonderful pain management physician in Eugene, who has been my doctor for almost 10 years. Before I started seeing Dr. Morris, I was in daily pain and could hardly get out of bed. I thought that since I suffer chronic pain from chronic conditions, I would just have to live this way. But with help from Dr. Morris, this is not the case. Dr. Morris is very knowledgeable in pain management and is constantly keeping up with the most current treatments and therapies. He makes sure that you have the right tools to deal with your pain, and that you have the best care possible. For me, trigger point injections have been very helpful. Also, careful use of medication, exercise and self-care are the key to keeping my pain at a tolerable level. I find Dr. Morris, his nurse practitioner, Carolyn Buel and the entire staff very caring. They all go the extra mile to make sure that I am doing well. I would highly recommend Dr. Morris to anyone who has chronic pain and wants a better quality of life.
